Superb service by Mr.Rahul.He was really transparent about the problem and the possible expense I might incur. He was proactive in terms of communication, available on WhatsApp and constantly updating me about the steps and the timeline involved. The rate charged was reasonable considering the problem. While submitting the laptop, he made me sign the components guaranteeing that the parts won’t be replaced. He being nice and polite was an added thing. Overall a great experience!
